Marseille
Marseille was a hologram, based on Tom Paris, that was a character in a holonovel written by the Doctor entitled Photons Be Free.
He was brought to sick bay with a slight concussion. When the Emh refused to treat him first, and wanted to treat a more serious patient. Janeway would kill the patient in order that Marseille would be treated. He was a womanizer although he was married to Torrie, a character based on Torres. (VOY: "Author, Author")
