Mark Simon is a composer who worked as music copyist on the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "Half a Life" in 1991.

Simon mostly works as composer for animated television series such as Smurfs (1981), Dennis the Menace (1986), Slimer! And the Real Ghostbusters (1988-1989), Captain Planet and the Planeteers (1990-1991, starring the voices of David Coburn, LeVar Burton, Whoopi Goldberg, and Frank Welker), Hammerman (1991), ProStars (1991), Super Dave: Daredevil for Hire (1992), Hurricanes (1993), Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (1993), Street Sharks (1994), and Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad (1994, with Kelli Kirkland).

Beside this he was the music consultant on the pilot episode of Picket Fences (1992, with Justin Shenkarow, Raye Birk, Deborah Van Valkenburgh, Michael Keenan, Kelly Connell, Roy Brocksmith, Ray Walston, and Dean Stockwell).
