Marea Bianchini is an actress who appeared as a Suliban prisoner in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Detained". She filmed her scenes on Friday 8 February 2002 and Tuesday 12 February 2002 on Paramount Stage 9.
She attended the Dominican University of California and studied classical ballet at early age. Due to an injury she was forced to quit her ballet career. She then studied classical Pilates and has been teaching Pilates and Yoga since 1999. [1]
She also studied acting at the Larry Moss Studio and the Cameron Thor Studio and performed in "Orpheus Descending" and "Savage in Limbo" at the Core Theater and in "Danny and the Deep Blue Sea" and "Crimes of the Heart" at the Actors Studio.
As an actress, Bianchini appeared in episodes of L.A. Doctors (1998) and Sliders (1999, with Dylan Haggerty, executive produced by Bill Dial, and co-created by Tracy Tormé), the romance Music from Another Room (1998, with Ann Shea, Martha Hackett, David Carpenter, and Don Pugsley), the comedy The Sky Is Falling (1999, with Terri Garr, Bert Remsen, Fran Bennett, Audrey Gelfand, and Matthew Kaminsky), and the independent productions Last Call and Mission Street.
