Madeline was Dixon Hill's secretary.

When Jean-Luc Picard ran the program in 2364, Madeline left the office as she had "a hot date with her fella". (TNG: "The Big Goodbye")

She accompanied Dixon Hill to Rex's Bar once where she asked Rex for a glass of rye and ginger, her beverage of choice. Madeline's mother had a female cousin that lived in San Antonio. (TNG: "Manhunt")

She was also the first person in the program encountered by Gloria, the role Guinan played after an invitation by Picard. She told Gloria that "Dix" was busy but was not able to stop Gloria entering Hill's office. (TNG: "Clues")

Madeline was played by actress Rhonda Aldrich.
She was described in the script for "The Big Goodbye" as "a plain blond with a bubbly personality". [1]
