Lucsly and Dulmur arrive on DS9

Lucsly (played by James W. Hansen seen in this image on the left), was one of two Temporal Investigations agents who came to Deep Space 9 in 2373 to question Captain Benjamin Sisko about his recent visit to 2268. After hearing Sisko's story they decided he had done nothing wrong and that no reprimand would be placed in his Starfleet file. Lucsly and Dulmur, however, did not visit the Promenade, where there was an outbreak of tribbles, previously extinct, which had been brought to the 24th century by Sisko's crew. Lucsly's name is an anagram of X-Files agent Scully.
