Colonel Lovok was an influential member of the Romulan Tal Shiar, who was replaced by a Founder prior to the Battle of the Omarion Nebula in 2371. (DS9: "The Die is Cast")

The Changeling impersonating Lovok was played by actor Leland Orser.
