Lola "Skip" McNalley (8 September 19211 August 2001; age 79) was a hairstylist on Star Trek: Voyager. She and the other members of Voyager's hairstyling department received an Emmy Award nomination for their work on "The Killing Game" and "The Killing Game, Part II". McNalley and fellow Voyager hairstylist Gloria Montemayor previously won an Emmy Award for their work on the 1996 TV movie Mrs. Santa Clause, shared with Dorothy Andre.

McNalley was a hairstylist on such films as Blazing Saddles, Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, Fun with Dick and Jane, Norma Rae, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Red Dawn, and Bram Stoker's Dracula. She also worked on the acclaimed 1977 mini-series Roots, which starred Star Trek performers LeVar Burton, Thalmus Rasulala, John Schuck, Madge Sinclair, and Ben Vereen.

Hailing from New York, USA, McNalley died in Santa Clarita, California, USA, in 2001.
