EnterpriseNX command crewman 6 in locker room

Inside the locker room

MACOS in locker room

MACOs preparing for an away mission

The locker room was an area aboard NX-class starships where Starfleet away teams could dress and undress.

Typically, officers used the locker room to don environmental suits. (ENT: "Fight or Flight", "Sleeping Dogs", "Minefield", "The Crossing", "Anomaly (ENT)", "Damage", "United") However, the room was also used to remove alien clothing worn to disguise officers visiting a pre-warp culture. (ENT: "The Communicator") The locker room could be accessed directly from the ship's decontamination chamber, either through a pair of double doors or via a single door. (ENT: "A Night in Sickbay", "The Communicator") The locker room was located on D-Deck of an NX-class starship. (ENT: "Bounty")

In September 2152, two crewmembers gathered three EV suits from inside the locker room and brought them to the catwalk. The locker room featured a shelf for the helmets. (ENT: "The Catwalk")

This room is unnamed on screen. Its designation as the "Locker Room", either fully capitalized consistently or with the two initials capitalized in subsequent uses of the phrase, comes from the revised final draft script of "Fight or Flight" and the final draft scripts of "Sleeping Dogs", "Minefield", "A Night in Sickbay", "The Communicator", "The Catwalk", "The Crossing", "Anomaly", "Damage", "The Forgotten", and "Observer Effect". The final draft script of "Bounty" differed from these formatting methods, instead formatting it "locker room".
The locker room briefly appears in "Bounty", though it was not referenced in the scripted version of that scene. Instead, the final draft script of "Bounty" referred to the locker room at a point in the episode when it doesn't actually appear, detailing a journey Sub-Commander T'Pol takes from inside the decon chamber to a corridor outside it as passing through the locker room. In the final edit of the installment, T'Pol heads through a different door of the decon chamber, which leads straight to the corridor.
