Lita Stevens is an actress who worked as stand-in on Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.

Stevens also worked as stand-in on Sean Penn's thriller The Crossing Guard (1995) and performed stunts on the television thriller Blind Side (1993, with Jonathan Banks, Jorge Cervera, Jr., and stunts by Jimmy Ortega).

As an actress she worked on the drama Some Kind of Wonderful (1987, with Molly Hagan, James G. MacDonald, J. Patrick McNamara), Jonathan Schmock, Ike Eisenmann, and Barbara Harris), the television series L.A. Law (1990, with Corbin Bernsen, Larry Drake, Earl Boen, Ethan Phillips, Diana Muldaur, and Don Pugsley), the comic adaptation The Flintstones (1994), the drama Grace of My Heart (1996, with Christina Pickles, Bruce Davison, and fellow Star Trek VI stand-in Martin Valinsky), and the television thriller Pandora's Clock (1996, with Stephen Root, Jerry Hardin, and Jennifer Savidge).
