Leslie Augustine is an actress and dancer who appeared as a doctor in 2009's Star Trek. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University's Tisch School for the Performing Arts, and also studied acting, dance, singing, stage combat, and accents and dialects at the Lee Strasburg Institute in New York City. [1]

Augustine has performed in several stage plays, including productions of Twelve Angry Jurors, Affairs of State, and an all-female version of Neil Simon's The Odd Couple. She also danced for the Lehigh Valley Ballet in productions of Les Sylphide and The Nutcracker.

On television, Augustine has appeared in episodes of the CBS drama series Numb3rs and the ABC Family series Greek. She also appeared as a dancer in the acclaimed 2008 film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button; like Star Trek, Benjamin Button is a Paramount Pictures release which features Spencer Daniels.

Augustine has completed work on several films that have yet to be released, including Blood Shot (with Troy Brenna, Jeff Chase, Brad Dourif, and Michael Bailey Smith) and All About Steve (with Symba Smith).
