Lemuel "Lem" Perry is an actor who worked as first unit stand-in for Tim Russ during the run of Star Trek: Voyager. He also appeared in several episodes as a background character and received no credit for his appearances. Perry also worked as background actor on several episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise and is known as "Rock Elliott".

Prior to principal filming on Voyager, Perry worked as stand-in for Tim Russ during camera and makeup tests on Paramount Stage 8 on Wednesday 10 August 1994. Perry was pictured in the reference work Star Trek: Action!.

Perry appeared as a bystander in the Flamingo Road episode "Murder, They Said" (1982, with John Beck and Joel Marston), as a paramedic in the Dynasty episode "The Baby" (1982, with Joan Collins, Lee Bergere, Tim O'Connor, David Armstrong, George Sasaki, and Tim Werner), as a bar patron in the Dynasty episode "The Downstairs Bride" (1983, with Joan Collins, Lee Bergere, Bob Harks, and Rex Pierson), as a concert attendee in the Dynasty episode "The Mortgage" (1984, with Joan Collins, Peter Mark Richman, Clive Revill, John Hugh McKnight, and Ray Petersen), as a waiter in the Murder, She Wrote episode "Birds of a Feather" (1984, with Jeff Conaway and Martin Landau), as a patron in the Murder, She Wrote episode "Capitol Offense" (1985, with Stephen Macht, Mitchell Ryan, and George Sasaki), as a bar patron in the Cheers episode "I'll Gladly Pay You Tuesday" (1985, with Lee Allen), and as a deputy in the Murder, She Wrote episode "Trial by Error" (1986, with Lenore Kasdorf, Allan Miller, Brock Peters, and Walter Smith).

He lent his voice to the video game Sim City in 1993. More recent projects include a regular background role in the drama series Strong Medicine (2000-2006, co-created by Whoopi Goldberg) and standing-in for actor Windell Middlebrooks on the series Body of Proof (2011-2013, starring Jeri Ryan).

In the more recent years, Perry produced and directed several short projects and documentations such as Remember Hollywood At 100 Year's Ole..A Lemuel Perry Film. (2017).
