Lee Crawford is a hair stylist who worked on episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. In 1996, Crawford received an Emmy Award nomination in the category Outstanding Individual Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series for the episode "Our Man Bashir", shared with Shirley Dollé, Cherie Huffman, Brian A. Tunstall, Ellen Powell, Susan Zietlow-Maust, and Barbara Ronci.

Prior to his work on Star Trek, he worked as hair stylist on the action drama When Time Ran Out… (1980), the television series Fantasy Island (1980, starring Ricardo Montalban), the family movie Annie (1982), the television mini series The Blue and the Gray (1982, with Zoltan Elek and Rick Stratton) and The Thorn Birds (1983), the television movie Murder Me, Murder You (1983), and the television series Moonlighting (1985), Dallas (1986), and Mike Hammer (1987).
