Template:Realworld Laurindo Almeida (2 September 1917 – 26 July 1995; age 77) was a multiple Grammy Award-winning Brazilian jazz guitarist, who provided the backing guitars for the song Beyond Antares, which can be heard in TOS: "The Conscience of the King".
