Laura Renault (born 6 March 1958; age 66) is an actress who played a Suliban prisoner in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Detained" and an Alien slave in the fourth season episode "Borderland". As a background performer, she received no credit for her roles.

She filmed her scenes for "Detained" on Friday 8 February 2002, Tuesday 12 February 2002, and Wednesday 13 February 2002 on Paramount Stage 9.

Renault has also been a stage actress and performed in plays such as "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" as Nurse Ratchett, a role which was played by Academy Award-winning actress Louise Fletcher in the 1969 film. She was awarded for her performance as Romaine Vole in "Witness for the Prosecution".

Renault guest starred in the television series The Korean War (2001, with Richard Lynch, Frank Novak, Jack Shearer, and Michael Kagan), Desperate Housewives, and Vanished (2006, with Christopher Neame, Don McManus, Gary Werntz, and Kristin Lindquist), and played recurring roles in the television series The Division (2001-2004) and Crumbs (2006, with Brian George, Nicolas Coster, James W. Jansen, Terri Garr, and Kevin Rahm).

Her feature film appearances include Planet of the Apes (2001, with David Warner, Cary-Hiroyuki, Eileen Weisinger, Erick Avari, Michael Jace, Kevin Grevioux, Jay Caputo, Todd Babcock, and Dragon Dronet), the comedy Slackers (2002, with Heidi Kramer, Alissa Kramer, Sam Anderson, and Leigh Taylor-Young), Masked and Anonymous (2003, with Christian Slater, Tom McComas, Brad Zerbst, Thomas McEnery, and Tracey Walter), and the short drama An American Tragedy (2007).
