Kustanovich

Kustanovich was the science officer aboard the USS Livingston during the months Benjamin Sisko and Curzon Dax served aboard that ship. Kustanovich once ate eight helpings of Andorian redbat, a remarkable stunt that Sisko and Dax recalled observing several years later. (DS9: "Invasive Procedures")
