The Kolaati are a race from the Delta Quadrant. The Kolaati are a warp-capable race, who engage in criminal activities, for example Narcotic trafficking.

Physiology

There are at least two species of Kolaati. One of which has lime-green skin, the other a pale blue. All Kolaati have bony protrusions that extend from their fore-heads, and their temples, giving them a menacing appearence.
