Klingon accordion

A Klingon accordion

An accordion was a bellows-driven musical instrument of Earth origin which was also used by the Klingons.

The Klingon chef aboard Deep Space 9 used to play on a Klingon accordion at his Klingon restaurant. (DS9: "Playing God")

An accordion player was included in was a character in Tom Paris' Chez Sandrine holodeck program. (VOY: "Lifesigns")

Ensign Doug Bronowski serving on the USS Voyager played the accordion. However, Harry Kim thought that Bronowski did not play the instrument well. (VOY: "Someone to Watch Over Me")

The Klingon accordion seen in "Playing God" was sold off on the Profiles in History auction. [1] It was also illustrated on page 128 of Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens' reference book "The Art of Star Trek". [2]
