Klavdia III was the third planet planet in the Klavdia system. This planet had an almost identical atmosphere to Daled IV. The troposphere of the planet distorted normal communications signals. The environment was hostile to humanoid life-forms.
In 2349, two parents from Daled IV sent their daughter Salia to Klavdia III to be trained to govern the planet, and to be protected from those on Daled IV that might have wanted harm to come to her, such as the people who killed her parents shortly after she left.
In 2365, the USS Enterprise-D visited Klavdia III to pick up Salia and her caretaker, Anya, for transport back to Daled IV. (TNG: "The Dauphin")
