Kira's hologram... with Quark's head

The Kira hologram was created for Tiron, a wealthy regular customer at Quark's. He was obsessed with Kira, but she rebuffed him.

Tiron paid Quark for a holosuite program that would featured Kira in an erotic way. Quark's plan was detected by Odo, but instead of arresting him, he and Kira decided to turn the tables on Quark.

They changed the program's character. They placed Quark's head on her body sending Tiron storming out of Quark's. (DS9: "Meridian")

The body of Kira was portrayed by body double Leah Burrough, who replaced Nana Visitor. Visitor panicked when she had to wear the rubber head which was filled in with Armin Shimerman's head in post production. ^{(citation needed • edit)}
