Kip Reynolds is an actor who appeared as a Borg drone in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season opening episode "The Best of Both Worlds, Part II".

Reynolds trained acting, cold reading, and commercial techniques at Weist Barron Hill and circus clowning and mime at the Ringling Bros. Clown College. He performed circus stunts in an episode of Dynasty and as a stilt walker in the 1991 comedy Shakes the Clown, with Paul Dooley and Tom Villard.

Beside his appearance in Star Trek, Reynolds was featured in the television special Ringling Bros, Barnum and Bailey Circus 113th Edition (1983), the fantasy comedy Teen Witch (1989, starring Dan Gauthier), and the horror comedy Surgikill (1989) and had supporting roles in episodes of Shades of L.A. (1991), Herman's Head (1991, with Molly Hagan), and America's Funniest People (1993). As a comedian he also appeared in episodes of The Statler Brothers Show (1998), Sin City Spectacular (1998), and Le plus grand cabaret du monde (2003) as well as in the television special Comic Relief 2006 (2006, hosted by Whoopi Goldberg).
