Going by the name Ken White, he has been working as poet, author, and screenwriter. He received his MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Montana and published his work in several journals such as "The Boston Review" and "Columbia: A Journal of Literature and Art". 
As an actor, White appeared in the sport drama The Slaughter Rule (2002), the short film Career Opportunities in Poetry (2008), and the mystery drama Subterranea (2015). In 2013, he wrote, co-starred, and co-produced the thriller Winter in the Blood.
He previously wrote the short projects Ruin (2008) and Bridesmaid (2010) and wrote, co-produced and co-directed the short comedy Universal VIP (2012).
More recently, White appeared in the drama Walking Out (2016).
