Haron
The Kazon-Relora were one of the eighteen Kazon sects and were led by First Maje Jal Haron. Possessing many ships and soldiers, the Relora are considered to be one of the strongest sects. They were the blood enemies of the Kazon-Nistrim and the Kazon-Ogla.
In 2372, Seska hoped that the Nistrim might be able to forge an alliance with the Relora to capture the USS Voyager. However, Haron was unimpressed with the Nistrim's acquisition of a transporter control module from Voyager and rejected the proposal, stating that the Relora had no need for an alliance with the far weaker Nistrim. Maje Culluh used his new transporter to beam Haron and his aide into space. (VOY: "Initiations", "Maneuvers")
In "Initiations" and "Maneuvers", the Relora were one of the stronger Kazon sects, having virtually an entire planet devoted to military exercises and being stronger than the Nistrim, Hobii, Oglamar, or Mostral. However, in "Alliances" the Relora were not present when the leaders of several sects were brought together for a treaty proposal, which could be for a variety of reasons. Most probably, given their strength, the Relora simply chose not to attend.
