Changes: Kavarian tiger-bat

Kavarian tiger-bats were a variety of bat native to Kavaria. Many pictures of the animal on could be found in Deep Space 9's computer database, but no olfactory information.

In 2372, Jake Sisko was researching the animal for a story he was writing. Neither Kasidy Yates nor Benjamin Sisko had been to Kavaria and so they could not describe the smell of the animal. (DS9: "For the Cause")
