This crewman was a member of Kang's initial landing party that was beamed to the surface of Beta XII-A.

When Pavel Chekov lunged at Kang, this crewman stopped James T. Kirk from grabbing Chekov. When Chekov was being subjected to a second crewman's agonizer, this crewman and a third crewman held Kirk firm. He was then ordered by Kang to train his weapon on Kirk, as Kirk called up to the USS Enterprise to transport the two groups aboard.

During his transport aboard the Enterprise he was suspended in transit, then disarmed by an security squad upon being re-energized on the transporter pad, before being declared a prisoner of the Federation. He was subsequently detained in the crew lounge, along with the remainder of Kang's crew. After the Beta XII-A entity supplied both crews with weapons with precipitated the initial fight between the two crews, he was among the Klingons who gave chase to Kirk and his security detail while carrying a mace.

Later, he took part in the capture of main engineering, and was tempted to assist Kang during his hand-to-hand combat against Kirk, but was held back by another crewman. When Kirk's reinforcements arrived, he engaged the Enterprise crew during the climatic sword-fight outside main engineering before surrendering on account of the truce declared between both sides. The crewman was played by an unknown performer. His uniform bore insignia which consisted of two purple lozenges.

This crewman was a member of Kang's initial landing party that was transported to the surface of Beta XII-A. When Pavel Chekov attempted to attack Kang, this crewman threw the ensign to the ground and held him in place as a second crewman applied his agonizer to Chekov's cheek. He was later told to move aside by McCoy so that he could assist Chekov. He was then ordered by Kang to train his weapon on Kirk, as Kirk called up to the USS Enterprise to beam the two groups aboard.

During his transport aboard the Enterprise he was suspended in transit, then disarmed by an security squad upon being re-energized on the transporter pad, before being declared a prisoner of the Federation. After Pavel Chekov was throw to the ground, this crewman assisted first in holding the Starfleet officer there, then with Kang's approval, applied his agonizer to Chekov's cheek. He was later told to move aside by McCoy so that he could assist Chekov. He was then ordered by Kang to train his weapon on Kirk, as Kirk called up to the USS Enterprise to beam the two groups aboard.

The crewman was played by an unknown performer. This actor previously appeared as a Klingon soldier in "Errand of Mercy", and one of Kahn's followers in "Space Seed".

This crew woman was one of the thirty-eight survivors initially beamed off of Kang's ship before it was destroyed by the Enterprise while in orbit of Beta XII-A.

She was detained in the crew lounge, along with Kang and the remainder of surviving crewmen, where she participated in the initial fight between the Klingon crew and the Enterprise crew. (TOS: "Day of the Dove")

This crew woman was portrayed by an unknown actress. She also appeared as an Enterprise crewmember in "The Immunity Syndrome".
She and Mara, who appeared simultaneously, were the first Klingon women to appear in the Star Trek franchise.
The uniform worn by this character was auctioned off in the Christie's 40 Years of Star Trek: The Collection auction and was described as a "Klingon woman's costume from "Day of the Dove"." The auction estimate for the item was US$3,000-$5,000, but sold for US$9,500 ($11,400 with premium). [1]

Following his transport aboard the Enterprise he was declared a prisoner of the Federation and detained in the crew lounge, along with the remainder of Kang's crew. After the Beta XII-A entity supplied both crews with weapons with precipitated the initial fight between the two crews, he attempted to strike James T. Kirk with a sword, but his blow was deflected by Lieutenant Johnson's sword.

Later, he took part in the capture of main engineering, when engineering was finally captured, he celebrated the victory with the rest of Kang's crew. When Kirk's reinforcements arrived, he engaged the Enterprise crew during the climatic sword-fight outside main engineering before surrendering on account of the truce declared between both sides. (TOS: "Day of the Dove")

The crewman was played by Jay Jones. His uniform bore insignia which consisted of two amber lozenges.

The crewman was played by George Sawaya. His uniform bore insignia which consisted of two silver lozenges.
Sawaya's character appeared to be in two places at once during the climactic battle, as he both remained along the far wall with Mara as Kirk and Kang confronted the entity, while simultaneously appearing in the engagement with the Starfleet reinforcements in the corridor.

Following his transport aboard the Enterprise he was declared a prisoner of the Federation and detained in the crew lounge, along with the remainder of Kang's crew.

During the interim, he and a second crewman escorted Kang, Mara and a third crewman to the Auxiliary Control Center, before assisting in the capture of main engineering. He later fought against Starfleet crewmembers in the corridors outside main engineering. (TOS: "Day of the Dove")

The crewman was played by Phil Adams. His uniform bore insignia which consisted of two purple lozenges.

This crewman was among the thirty-eight surviving crew members that were beamed off of Kang's ship before it was destroyed by the Enterprise while in orbit of Beta XII-A.

Following his transport aboard the Enterprise he was declared a prisoner of the Federation and detained in the crew lounge, along with the remainder of Kang's crew. After the Beta XII-A entity supplied both crews with weapons with precipitated the initial fight between the two crews, he led the band of Klingons who gave chase to Kirk and his security detail into the corridor and taunted the Starfleet crew with saying, "Stand and fight, you cowards!", before he stabbed Johnson in the heart.

Later, he took part in the capture of main engineering, where he jumped from the upper level into a sword-fight against the claymore wielding Montgomery Scott, who in turn, temporarily incapacitated this crewman. When engineering was finally captured, he celebrated the victory with the rest of Kang's crew.

When Kang engaged Kirk in hand-to-hand combat, he held back another crewman from joining. When Kirk's reinforcements arrived, he engaged Spock crew during the climatic sword-fight outside main engineering before being quickly subdued by a Vulcan nerve pinch. (TOS: "Day of the Dove")

The crewman was played by Pete Kellett, who despite having spoken lines in this episode, remained uncredited for his role. His uniform bore insignia which consisted of two purple lozenges.


Crewman #15 Edit

This crewman was among the thirty-eight surviving crew members that were beamed off of Kang's ship before it was destroyed by the Enterprise while in orbit of Beta XII-A.

Following his transport aboard the Enterprise he was declared a prisoner of the Federation and detained in the crew lounge, along with the remainder of Kang's crew. When Kang discussed the situation of being outnumbered, this crewman quoted the Klingon proverb, "Four thousand throats may be cut in one night by a running man".

He later produced the layout and specifications of the Enterprise for Kang in the Auxiliary Control Center, before questioning what Kang intended to do with an out-of-control Enterprise, if he were to capture it, when the Humans could not already control it.

After main engineering was capture, he escorted Mara to deck 6, where she was to bypass the ship's main life support couplings. However, before they made it to their destination, this crewman was knocked out by the revenge seeking Pavel Chekov. (TOS: "Day of the Dove")

The crewman was played by Mark Tobin.
He was described as "Klingon #1" in the episode's script, and presumably was one of Kang's senior officers, based on his rank insignia (four silver lozenges) and position next to Kang during the victory chant.
He was given the name Kina in the comic book Alien Spotlight: Klingons by Keith R.A. DeCandido and J.K. Woodward.
