Kalla-Nohra is a chronic medical condition caused by a mining accident at the Gallitep labor camp during the Cardassian occupation of Bajor. It is unique to the accident that occurred there and similar to Pottrick Syndrome.
In 2369, Aamin Marritza impersonated Gul Darhe'el, but his true identity was revealed because, among other things, Darhe'el had been away from Gallitep at the time of the mining accident. (DS9: "Duet")
