Julia [Marie] Ecklar (born 14 March 1964; age 60), in Greenville, Ohio) is a Star Trek author, who often uses the pseudonym "L.A. Graf" with two other authors.

In 1991, she won the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer. She is also a major figure in the genre of "Filk" music.
