Judyann Elder (born 18 August 1948; age 75) is an actress who portrayed Ballard in the Star Trek: The Next Generation third season episode "The Offspring".

' She made her debut as a barmaid in 1968 in the television series N.Y.P.D. (Robert Hooks was a regular). Since then she appeared in television series such as The Streets of San Francisco (1973, with Tony Young), Wonder Woman (1978), V (1985, with Duncan Regehr, Judson Scott, Bruce Davison, Jeff Kober, and Robert Hooks),Murphy Brown (1991-1992, with Paul Carr and John Hostetter), Beverly Hills, 90210 (1994, with Stephanie Beacham, F.J.
