Joshua Lee Croughwell (born 23 October 1989; age 34) is a stuntman and stunt actor who performed stunts as a Ba'ku boy in Star Trek: Insurrection.

He was born in California and his father is fellow Star Trek: Insurrection stuntman Charlie Croughwell. His sister Callie and his brother Cameron Croughwell are also stunt performers.

Among his resume are the films Simon Birch (1998, with Ashley Judd and stunts by Greg Barnett), What Dreams May Come (1998, with Rosalind Chao and stunts by Joey Anaya, Noby Arden, Rosine "Ace" Hatem, Johnny Martin, Darlene Williams, and directed in the second unit and stunt coordinated by Charlie Croughwell), Witness Protection (1999, with William Sadler, Jim Metzler, Daniel Zacapa, Leon Russom, Shannon Cochran, and stunts by Chris Palermo), How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2001), The Jennie Project (2001), Planet of the Apes (2001, alongside his brother and sister), and Hulk (2003, with Regi Davis, Daniel Dae Kim, Boni Yanagisawa, and Victor Rivers).
