Jophery Clifford Brown (22 January 1945 – 11 January 2014; age 68) was a stuntman and stunt actor who was the stunt double for Anthony Holiday in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Shattered". He received no credit for his work and was identified by the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. 
Brown was born in Grambling, Louisiana. He played baseball for the Chicago Cubs and pitched two innings in 1968. He served as stunt double for stars such as Morgan Freeman, Vondie Curtis-Hall, Denzel Washington, James Earl Jones, Bill Cosby, and Sidney Poitier.
Brown is probably best remembered for his performance as Jophery, the ill-fated construction worker in early scenes of the blockbuster Jurassic Park (1993, with Cameron Thor, Richard Kiley, and stunts by Patricia Tallman and Gary Epper) and for his car stunt work in the action film Speed (1994, with Alan Ruck, Richard Lineback, Carlos Carrasco, Jordan Lund, Patrick Fischler, Bruce Wright, Robin McKee, and stunts by Janet Brady, Tommy J. Huff, Patricia Tallman, John Cade, Chuck Hicks, and Jimmy Ortega) and in the action sequel Bad Boys II (2003). For the latter one he received a Taurus World Stunt Award in the category Best Work with a Vehicle in 2004. In 2010, Brown received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Taurus World Stunt Awards.

Brown's latest credits include stunt doubling Morgan Freeman in the action thriller Wanted (2008), for which he received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination in the category Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture in 2009, and in the science fiction film Oblivion (2013).
