... as Alexander Rozhenko

Jon Steuer (born 27 March 1984; age 40) was the first actor to portray Alexander Rozhenko, Worf and K'Ehleyr's son, in TNG: "Reunion".

Steuer did not act for a long time, in fact just under a decade. He apeared in 1991's Late For Dinner with Tim Kelleher and Jeremy Roberts. That same year, Steuer guested on Homefront in the first season "Sinner's Reconciled" aong with Ken Jenkins and Sterling Macer Jr.. It would be in the 1994 comedy Little Giants that Steuer would be with a great number of Trek alumni. In the film were Rickey D'Shon Collins, Mark Holton, Courtney Peldon and Susanna Thompson.

It was as Quentin Kelly on Grace Under Fire that Steuer would garner the most recognition as an actor. According to the E! True Hollywood Story, Steuer was afraid of his tv mother played by Brett Butler. Despite the tension between Butler and Steuer, Steuer did get to act on the show with fellow Trek actors. Only a single episode in the first season paired Steuer with a Trek alum, "The Good, The Bad & The Pharmacist" with Cristine Rose. The subsequent seasons would be more Trek loaded.

Season 2

  • "June 15, 1997" with Dooley and again Cristine Rose
  • "Jimmies Girl" and "Cold Turkey" with Heidi Swedberg
  • "Grace Vs. Wade" and "Aging Gracefully" with Monte Markham
  • "Grace At The Campfire" with Ken Thorley
  • "Sticks & Stones" with Rickey D'Son Collins and Dooley

Season 3

=Today, Steuer is 24 years old and has not acted since calling it a day on Grace Under Fire. He was offered the chance to play Alexander Rozhenko again in the following seasons, but Steuer declined. For the remainder of the episodes on TNG featuring Rozhenko, he would instead be played by Family Ties star Brian Bonsall. Not much, If anything, is known about Steuer today.
