Johnson Station was a location frequently visited by transport ships.

In 2328, Ronnie Knox boarded the SS Manila at Coopersworld bound for Johnson Station. This information of the passenger manifest was recorded in the commercial transport database and reviewed by Lieutenant Commander Data in 2370. (TNG: "Inheritance")

Johnson Station can briefly be seen on an okudagram.
It was named after camera and electrical department electrician Ralph Johnson.
