Template:Realworld Johnny Mandell, given name Mandell Steward (born 24 January 1942; age 82), is an actor who made an uncredited appearance as one of Sulu's guards in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Mirror, Mirror". He died due to an accidental self inflicted gunshot in his thigh in his home in Piggot AK. on Oct. 14, 1994.
Aside from his appearance in Star Trek, he had one other credited role in 1969 on the The Bill Cosby Show with Nehemiah Persoff. He also had other uncredited roles on several "I SPY" episodes, "I Dream Of Jeanne", and "Mannix".
