Jimmy Arakaki was a Starfleet officer in the 24th century. In 2364, as a captain, he was the commander of the USS Mustang. Sometime in that year, he received an order from the office of Admiral Sandy Fries of Starfleet Mission Operations Unit about the Gamma Argus system. (TNG: "Conspiracy", okudagram)
