Notice
Jibalian fudge was a Delta Quadrant variety of cake. Neelix prepared this for Kes' second birthday (and also her ninth, in an alternate timeline). (VOY: "Twisted", "Before and After")
Tuvok drew a Ba'neth frequency pattern with icing on such a cake, while trying to recover his memory. (VOY: "Riddles")
Katherine Janeway appeared to have replicated a small cake like this for Tuvok after discovering his birthdate. (VOY: "Fury") It may not have been an actual Jibalian fudge, but it did seem to have pureed K'moti nut frosting.
- A recipe for Jibalian fudge cake, adapted for terrestrial kitchens, can be found in the Star Trek Cookbook.
