Jillur Gueta
Jillur Gueta was a Bajoran artist born in 2311. Jillur originally resided in the Rakantha Province. He had been arrested three times by the Cardassians for disturbing the peace.
In 2366, Jillur came to Terok Nor, where he was briefly employed by Quark. He would later be wrongly accused of attempting to assassinate Gul Dukat by Odo, and would be publicly executed on the station's Promenade. (DS9: "Things Past")
