Jesse James Rutherford (born 21 August 1991; age 32) is the actor who played Q'Ell in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Marauders".

Rutherford was born in Newberry Park, California. He performed in several talent shows, where he impersonated Elvis Presley and N'Sync, and worked on several commercials. He also played Daniel in the television series The Young and the Restless.

Beside his Star Trek appearance, he appeared in featured roles in the comedy Life or Something Like It (2002, with Gregory Itzin), the horror thriller Ted Bundy (2002, starring Michael Reilly Burke and with Julianna McCarthy, Bobby C.
