When Adam was describing how Captain James T. Kirk was full of fear, he said he had "jelly in the belly." (TOS: "The Way to Eden")

According to chapter one of Gray's Anatomy, an ovum was described as "consist(ing) of a soft jelly-like material enclosed in a membrane." Cytoplasm was also described in a similar manner. (VOY: "Message in a Bottle")

While on the planet known as Galorndon Core, a world with constant electromagnetic storms, Geordi La Forge mentioned that his VISOR was worthless, because his synapses must be "turning to jelly." (TNG: "The Enemy")
