Jeff Bornstein (born 17 April 1960; age 63) is an entertainer, actor, and occasional stuntman who performed stunts in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country as an Excelsior crewmember.

Bornstein was born in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, California and is a professional magician and comedian beside his occupation as an actor. He has also worked occasionally as a stuntman and stunt actor. Beside his stand-up comedy appearances he visits U.S. Army troops and children hospitals to entertain them. He is married and has three children.

Among his stunt performing and stunt acting resume are films such as Internal Affairs (1990, with Victoria Dillard, Heather Lauren Olson, Marco Rodriguez, Valerie Wildman, Jimmy Ortega, and stunts by Rick Avery, Eddie Mathews, Pat Romano, and Gene LeBell), Joe Versus the Volcano (1990), Hook (1991), Mobsters (1991, with Christian Slater), JFK (1991, with Tony Plana, Bob Gunton, John Larroquette, Bill Bolender, and stunts by Webster Whinery), Lethal Weapon 3 (1992), The Specialist (1994), Automatic (1994, with Daphne Ashbrook, John Glover, Jeff Kober, Stanley Kamel, Penny Johnson, Marjean Holden, Laura Interval, and stunts by Chino Binamo, Doug Coleman, Chris Doyle, and Hugh Aodh O'Brien), and 3 Ninjas Knuckle Up (1995), and television series such as Adam 12, Angel, and The Single Guy (1995, with Olivia d'Abo and Mark Moses).
