Jayme Wing is an editor and digital compositor who worked on the remastered version of the Star Trek: The Next Generation second season episodes "The Emissary", "Peak Performance", and "Shades of Gray".

Wing received a Daytime Emmy Award nomination in 1989 in the category Outstanding Achievement in Film Editing for his work on the CBS Schoolbreak Special episode "My Past is My Own". His credits as editor include the television shows Jeopardy!, Wheel of Fortune, The Judges, Hollywood Stuntmakers, The Newlywed Game, and The Dating Game and television documentaries and specials such as The Mystery of Al Capone's Vaults (1986), Mega Yachts: Monte Carlo (2004), and Great Cities of Europe (2005). More recently, he worked as editor on the recut version of the television series Bonekickers (2008) and on the television fantasy film Witchville (2010).

He also worked as effects editor on the reality drama Look (2007, with Jamie McShane) and on the horror sequel Boogeyman 3 (2008) and as 3D compositor on the fantasy sequel Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010).
