Jareth
Jareth was an Enaran leader during the "resettlement" of the so-called Regressives. His daughter Korenna (who later changed her name to Jora Mirell) was in love with a Regressive named Dathan Alaris, and Jareth used his influence to sway Korenna into believing that the resettlement was legitimate. However, in her heart she knew she had sentenced Dathan to death. (VOY: "Remember")
