The Jagdtiger was a German produced, heavily armored assault vehicle, or tank, used by the German armed forces during the later stages of second world war on Earth.
When the Enterprise and her crew found themselves in an alternate timeline, two were parked in front of the in Nazi emblems bedecked White House, and where they were joined by a Sd.Kfz. 251 armored personnel carrier. (ENT: "Storm Front")
One of the most massive fighting vehicles ever produced during World War II, sporting a 128mm main gun, only seventy units were produced. Weighing in at 70.5 tons, these machines were however less than successful. Only three have survived the war and are now exhibit pieces in museums located in three different countries, the US, UK and Russia. The entire scene was therefore constructed as a CGI effect at Eden FX.
