Jack Treviño is a writer who, along with his partner Toni Marberry, contributed the stories for the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes "Indiscretion" and "Little Green Men". He co-authored the Star Trek: New Voyages episode "To Serve All My Days" in 2006 along D.C. Fontana and Ethan H. Calk and the fan film Star Trek: Of Gods and Men (2007), for which he also served as associate producer.

In the Deep Space Nine Companion, René Echevarria notes that Treviño and Marberry had told him about their idea for "Little Green Men" when they were pitching stories to him while he was working on Star Trek: The Next Generation.

In an interview in issue #127 of Star Trek Monthly, Treviño mentioned an episode he and Marberry sold called "Quorom" that was never produced.
