Real World article
(written from a Production point of view)

Ivar Brogger (born 10 January 1947; age 69) is an actor who guest-starred in two episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. He first played Doctor Orum in the third season episode "Unity", and then went on to appear as Barus in the final season's "Natural Law". Both of his costumes were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1] [2]

Besides Voyager, Brogger has appeared on numerous other popular television series, including 24, NYPD Blue, The Practice, Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda, and the final two-part episode of Touched by an Angel, which also featured fellow Star Trek actor Paul Winfield. He was also a regular performer on the hidden camera show The Jamie Kennedy Experiment. He had a recurring role as Father Jeffery Scanlon on ABC's Invasion, as did Star Trek: Deep Space Nine actor Cirroc Lofton.

Brogger's feature film credits include 1989's Jacknife (with Jordan Lund and Josh Pais) and 1998's Senseless (with Brad Dourif, Jenette Goldstein, Cyia Batten, and Jack Shearer).
