Iced tea was a variety of Earth tea that had been chilled after steeping, rather than the more usual practice of serving the tea hot. Any flavor of tea could be served iced.

While taking shore leave on Risa in 2152, Jonathan Archer drank a glass of iced tea on the balcony of a villa he was staying in. At one point, he realized the glass was empty, so he went inside to refill it from a jug of iced tea, but the noise of pet dogs Porthos and Rhylo barking on the balcony distracted him. (ENT: "Two Days and Two Nights")
This drink isn't identified on screen, though it was referred to as iced tea in the final draft script of "Two Days and Two Nights".
Iced tea was an available beverage of the drink dispenser in the mess hall of Enterprise. (ENT: "Regeneration")
