The IKS Qu'Vat was a Klingon Vor'cha-class attack cruiser that was in service with the Klingon Defense Force in the mid-24th century.
In 2369, the Qu'Vat transported Governor Torak to a rendezvous with the USS Enterprise-D to answer allegations of Klingon involvement in an incident aboard Relay Station 47. They brought with them Lieutenant junior grade Aquiel Uhnari, who was picked up after she left the station on a shuttle. The Qu'Vat later transported Commander Morag to the Enterprise-D, as he had boarded the station after it was abandoned. (TNG: "Aquiel")
The IKS Qu'Vat was apparently named after the Qu'Vat colony.
