The IKS Hor'Cha was a Klingon warship that was in service with the Klingon Defense Force in the late 24th century. This ship was mentioned in a simulation created by Species 8472, during their re-creation of Starfleet Headquarters in 2375. In the simulation Commander Valerie Archer was assigned to the Hor'Cha as its first officer. (VOY: "In the Flesh")
Due to the great intelligence effort made by 8472 to create an accurate representation of the Federation, it is reasonable to assume that this vessel also equally and accurately existed in the Klingon Empire as well.
