Hurada III was one of eleven planets visited by a group of Ullian telepathic historians in the 2360s. During their visit, two cases of Iresine Syndrome were reported. These were later found to be a result of telepathic memory invasion caused by Jev. (TNG: "Violations")
This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
The Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 352) identified Hurada III as a Federation planet.
According to Star Trek: Star Charts ("United Federation of Planets I"), in 2378, Hurada III was a Federation member.
