A Human wedding was a ceremony that joined two individuals in the bond of marriage, employing the language and traditions of Human culture.

The ceremony traditionally involved a community leader, such as a starship captain, officiating the ceremony. The couple typically exchanged vows of marriage as well as wedding rings. The person officiating the ceremony than declared them married, at which time it was traditional for the couple to kiss. (VOY: "Course: Oblivion")

In 2266, Robert Tomlinson and Angela Martine were to be married on board the USS Enterprise in a ceremony presided over by James T. Kirk. At the start of the ceremony Kirk remarked, "Since the days of the first wooden vessels, all ship masters have had one happy privilege: that of uniting two people in the bonds of matrimony." The wedding was interrupted by an attack on Outpost 4, and Tomlinson was killed during the ensuing mission. (TOS: "Balance of Terror")

Miles O'Brien married Keiko Ishikawa on board the USS Enterprise-D in 2367. Jean-Luc Picard conducted the ceremony. Data acted as the father of the bride, due to the absence of Keiko's actual father. (TNG: "Data's Day")

In 2375, Benjamin Sisko married Kasidy Yates in a small ceremony on Deep Space 9. William Ross presided and Jake Sisko was the best man. (DS9: "'Til Death Do Us Part")

William T. Riker married Deanna Troi in a Human ceremony on Earth in 2379. The ceremony was followed by a reception with dancing and a toast given by best man Jean-Luc Picard. (Star Trek Nemesis)
