Ixtana'Rax, an Honored Elder, in 2374
Honored Elder was a term among the Jem'Hadar for soldiers who lived past the age of twenty. Few lived long enough to earn this title since Jem'Hadar rarely lived past the age of fifteen.

- Taran'atar, the Jem'Hadar assigned by Odo to Deep Space 9 in the Deep Space Nine relaunch novels, was also an Honored Elder.
Doctor Phlox suggested that the 10 year old Xindi-Insectoid that he performed an autopsy on was possibly an Honored Elder among his species. (ENT: "Hatchery")
