Honored Elder is a term among the Jem'Hadar for soldiers who live past the age of twenty. Few live long enough to earn this title since Jem'Hadar rarely live past the age of fifteen. Jadzia Dax predicted Virak'kara would live to become an honored elder. (DS9: "To the Death")
